Excited about the upcoming GIVEAWAYS!

Hi everyone! I am so excited about the upcoming Features and Giveaways... I can't wait to start introducing you to these wonderful shops, I know you will love them.

Be sure to stop by THIS FRIDAY for your chance to win some items!!

I have just joined a wonderful team on Etsy named EtsyKids! This is a team of wonderful shop owners who all have something in common... they craft mostly for children.  May I say this is a very crafty group of ladies!

The best party, they have a BLOG!  You can read and follow along if you wish, they can be located HERE: http://etsykids.blogspot.com/

They also have their very own website that you can browse through HERE: http://etsykids.com

I have been trying my hand at a few little projects I will reveal a little later on, but here are a couple of items I completed last night!

My little TINKERBELL loves animals, and is all tomboy as those of you who read my blog know... her chin is really healing up nice!
So, last night I made her this little shirt with a box turtle on the front. I thought it came out cute!

Here is a onesie I finished up for a blog winner... It came out good as well!

I am interested to see if anyone out there thinks I should offer items like these in my shop... do you think I could get sales on animal items? I may put up some listings just to see....

As always,
Happy Creating

Here is our Featured Q & A!
1.       Tell us a little bit about YOU.
My name is Amy and I'm 19 years old. I study Italian at the University of Leeds, and make jewellery in my spare time, which is most of the time now I'm on my summer break!
2.      Tell us about your shop and or blog
My shop, Amykins Jewellery, is where I sell my collection of fun, playful jewellery. I make each piece by hand and enjoy giving my creations fun names.
3.      When did you first begin to create?
Much later than most people I've seen on Etsy. I only start making jewellery this January. I saw a necklace I liked in a shop but couldn't afford to buy it. "I could make a necklace like that," I thought, and I did, but with my own twist!
4.      How would you describe the items you make?
I'd say that my jewellery is playful. Each piece is carefully designed to be cute and fun!
5.      From where does your inspiration come?
Sometimes I find beads or charms that I love and I get an idea for how to make them into a beautiful piece of jewellery. Others, the idea comes first  and I find the pieces to make it. Recently I've been going to the beach with my boyfriend and collecting sea glass to wire-wrap to create bracelets and pendants.
6.      What is your one most cherished possession and why?
A  necklace which my boyfriend had custom made for me. It's sterling silver and has 5 different miniature spoons dangling from it. It's very special to me!
7.      What do you like to do when you are not creating or blogging?
I love going for walks in the country and to the beach, when the English weather permits! Otherwise, I'm a bit of a gamer girl, and love playing video games.
8.      Tell us a little about where you live in this big ol world.
I'm from Preston, which is in the north-west of England, not that far from Manchester. It's famous for a few things: Nick Park, who created Wallace and Gromit, is from Preston, and the first KFC outside of America was built in Preston!
My boyfriend lives in Ilfracombe (in the south of England, on the coast), which is a beautiful place, and I spend lots of time there.
9.      Where would you like to see yourself in five years?
In 5 years, I'd love to have graduated, have found somewhere to live with my boyfriend and hopefully, Amykins Jewellery will be a very successful shop. Maybe I'll have won the lottery, too!
10.   Tell us what your ideal weekend would consist of.
Sunshine and the beach in the day, and then a cosy night in watching The Big Bang Theory and eating Ben & Jerry's half baked ice cream. mmmm.

Hi Everyone!

I wanted to wish you all a happy fourth of July.  I will try my best to relax some on my much needed four day weekend!  I pray you all have a safe and fun time with your family and friends... and for those of you who are traveling on this day.

May we all feel well rested when the next workday rolls around :)

For those of you who have not noticed yet, I just today placed a blog button with a grab feature on the left side of the blog here! So grab away!

I was wondering how many other crafters out there read my blog... I am wanting to do some features and possibly some giveaways soon and was wondering if there was anyone out there interested?

You can reply to this post or you can shoot an email to angelsdivinecreations@gmail.com

Another happy little customer :)

Hi Everyone!!

Not much to blog on today, Tinkerbells chin is healing up nicely... I do not see her staying out of trees any time soon though! I have included some pictures I took of her and the Queen this past weekend.

Also, I made another toddlers neck tie and some more onesie gift sets. :)

We now have a new mouth to feed, my younger brother and his wife are on the outs, so he is staying with us until things pan themselves out... whew... God never gives us any more than we can handle, is what I keep telling myself.

Well, with little left to say, here are the pictures!

The blue and brown damask tie for toddlers

The Pistachio Green and brown damask toddlers neck tie!

Beautiful rainbow we seen over the weekend!

The Disney shirt I made for a beautiful birthday girl

Here is the Queen at the party, trying to bowl!

Here is Tinkerbell with her busted chin (you can't really see it because we have a band aid over it :)  )

She just made you think she was all girlie...
Here she is going after baby dragonflys!

Of course, the Queen could not see me taking pictures without wanting some of herself taken as well :)

This one was taken as soon as she ran outside, upset she wasn't in the pictures, before she changed into her tutu flower dress!

As always, happy creating!
